Enrollment Procedure

Click on the Enrollment form menu
To Enroll, New users can click on the "New Enrollment" tab and existing users click on the "Renew Enrollment" tab
Fill the Enrollment form and submit
After successful submission of Enrollment form, you will get an email on your registered email ID.
In case of payment by demand draft, kindly attach a printout of the enrollment form, with demand draft and post it to Dr. Chand Wattal, Department of Clinical Microbiology (IAMM EQAS New Delhi), Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi – 110060. Ph: 011-42251153, Mob: 91 8766342349 (From 9 AM to 5 PM)
After realization of payment, you will be sent a unique user id and password
You can use this user id and password for login into the www.iammeqasdelhi.com

From 2018, the IAMM EQAS New Delhi program provides 3 PT (Proficiency Testing) rounds i.e. QC packages per year namely March, July, and November. Each round (QC package) contains:

1.Three fixed Smears: Microscopic examination of films of clinical specimens

2.Three Lyophilized Cultures: Isolation, identification and antibiotic sensitivity testing of pathogens from a lyophilized culture vial

3.Serum specimens for serology testing (The number of samples provided will be based on the scope selected in the enrollment form)

Payment Procedure

The reimbursement of cost of materials for each participant laboratory would be INR 9,440/-*(including 18% GST) for one year.

The payment can be made both online and offline:

For offline payment, a Demand Draft drawn in favour of "IAMM EQAS NEW DELHI TRUST" payable at New Delhi (Kindly see the registration fees panel for exact amount) along with the enrollment form has to be sent to: Dr. Chand Wattal, Chairperson, IAMM-EQAS New Delhi, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi 110060
For Online payment, money can be transferred via NEFT or via Payment Gateway (UPI/Debit Card/Net Banking).

We will review the reports from all participating laboratories and let you know your standing at the end of each round. Each laboratory will be identified by a code number. Only you will know your own code number, no other laboratory will know it. All information supplied by the participants to IAMM EQAS New Delhi is treated as confidential. In exceptional circumstances, when a regulatory authority (e.g. NABL) requires proficiency testing results to be directly provided to them, the affected participants will be notified of this action.

Please note that if you wish so you can withdraw from the program at any time. The participation is purely voluntary, and your suggestions and comments are always welcome.

Please designate a nodal person with designation with whom we can correspond and to whom parcels need to be addressed. In case of any change in your contact details, kindly update the same immediately online in your enrollment form.

NOTE:

Criteria to be met for participation: -

Participation is entirely voluntary provided the following requirements are met:

The required facilities to perform the test are in place at the participant site.

The laboratory at the site has the technical competence to perform the tests or has been appropriately delegated to conduct the test.

The test shall be conducted under the participant’s routine condition.

Participants are free to enroll in IAMM EQAS New Delhi at any point of year with the following conditions:

Participants should submit completed enrollment form along with the fees at least 15 days before the commencement of the next cycle. e.g., participants wishing to join from March, 2026, should complete the joining formalities by 15th Feb, 2026. If the request is received after that, then the participants’ cycle will starts from July, 2026.
The fees for joining the IAMM EQAS New Delhi is INR 9,440/- *(including 18% GST), irrespective of the date of joining the IAMM EQAS program for the year.
In no case will the PT items be sent again.
