1. Cancellation Policy 1.1 Cancellation Request by the Participants

Once registration and payment are successfully completed on iammeqasdelhi.com, the enrollment is considered final. Participant-initiated cancellation requests will not be accepted after the completion of the registration process. Any exceptions, if considered, will be at the sole discretion of IAMM EQAS New Delhi.

1.2 Cancellation by IAMM EQAS New Delhi

IAMM EQAS New Delhi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any enrollment or program due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Refund Requests and Processing Refund Eligibility

All payments made through the website are strictly non-refundable. This includes:
• Registration fees
• Service charges or processing fees

Once enrollment is complete, refunds will not ordinarily be issued, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of IAMM EQAS management. In all cases, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the refund request.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Participants will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3. Service Charges / Payment Gateway Charges

All service charges, convenience fees, bank charges, and payment gateway processing fees are fully borne by the consumer/participant. These charges are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

4. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, users will receive an automated confirmation message/email. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure correct contact details are provided. Failure to receive a confirmation due to incorrect details does not qualify for a refund.

5. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

In case of a failed transaction (amount deducted but receipt not generated), the refund (if applicable) will be processed as per the rules of the Cashfree Payment Gateway or the user's bank. Processing time: 5–7 working days.
