By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and all other rules defined by IAMM EQAS New Delhi. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration Terms

All registrations completed through our website are considered final once payment is successful. Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate and valid. IAMM EQAS New Delhi is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information, duplicate entries, or user errors during registration. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Renewal of Registration

Renewal of registration is the user's responsibility and must be completed annually. Renewal will only be processed after successful payment. No refunds, corrections, or adjustments will be provided for missed deadlines, incorrect payments, or user errors. All renewal payments are non-refundable.

4. Payment Terms

All payments made on the website are processed via the Cashfree Payment Gateway. IAMM EQAS New Delhi does not store any card, UPI, or bank details. Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and processing charges are borne by the participant and are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances. In the case of failed, reversed, or pending transactions, refunds (if applicable) will be handled by the payment gateway or the participant's bank as per their policies.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a registration or renewal payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or adjusted for any other service by the participant. Participants must verify all details before making the payment. All cancellations and refunds are subject to the sole discretion of IAMM EQAS New Delhi. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting a 20% cancellation fee from the total amount paid.

6. Use of Website

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, manipulate data, alter payment processes, or engage in any activity that may compromise website security. Posting harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Any misuse will result in immediate action, including suspension of access.

7. Certificate Issuance

Certificates will be issued only at the end of the year, after the release of results for all rounds by the IAMM EQAS New Delhi team. Participants must have participated in at least one round within the cycle to be eligible for a certificate. IAMM EQAS New Delhi reserves the right to withhold or cancel certificates in cases of misconduct, submission of fraudulent information, or non-compliance with program guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

IAMM EQAS New Delhi is not responsible for technical issues, downtime, server errors, incorrect user data, or payment delays caused by banks or payment gateways. The organization will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
